Hour 0-3: write the one-sentence promise for the first tiny community that would care and remove every feature that does not prove it.
Hour 3-14: build the smallest usable path for "this project" with fake data, manual steps, or off-the-shelf parts where possible.
Hour 14-28: make the demo reliable, add one visible before/after or input/output moment, and test it on a clean machine or device.
Hour 28-40: record screenshots, rough notes, costs, failures, and the simplest setup instructions.
Hour 40-48: publish the build log, ask for one concrete reaction, and decide whether it deserves another weekend.

Target user is vague: name a specific forum, Discord, subreddit, or friend before building.

Create a scratch repo or project folder with a timestamped README.
List the parts, repos, accounts, and tools you already have before buying anything.
Keep dependencies local, free, or already-owned for the first pass.
Define the single demo input and the single demo output.
Prepare one place to post progress: X, Discord, a blog, GitHub README, or a forum thread.
